So sad to observe the people who have to turn even comedy into a moral debate between liberals and conservatives. I guarantee you that the line between finding this video funny or finding it in poor taste has less to do with your political views and more to do with your social, financial and family classes.
My political views would be labeled as "liberal" and I find this pretty amusing. I remember a game my dad and uncle would play with me when I was a kid: I'd jump up and down on the bed and they'd throw pillows at me and try to knock me off my feet and onto the bed. I'd spin and flop onto the bed and all of us would laugh until we cried. It was absolutely rough-housing, but I was never hurt and it's one of my fondest childhood memories.
If you guys would stop worrying about who's liberal and who's conservative, it might be easier to focus on the common experiences in our lives that make us the same and the subtle differences that also exist that make us unique.

I think anybody with a sibling, especially a brother, would realize that this is just what brothers do (unless you belong to the sort of family where everyone stays in their own room watching TV until food is available). They're playing. Nothing but good, old-fashioned social interaction and bonding, something that isn't nearly common enough. My older brother and I never stopped the horseplay. We were always wrestling each other, or throwing each other around, or just whacking each other with sticks, and yeah, we always came back with a few more bumps and bruises than when we left, but did it traumatize us for life? Not at all. We've got a great relationship, and probably as a result of our experiences with each other, we can take any joke. Is the little one in the video bleeding profusely? Is he crying? Is he on the ground and not moving? No. Is he having fun? Are he and his brother playing together? If he getting right back to his feet, laughing, and getting ready for Round 2? Yes. To all you fearful parents (or maybe just those who lived very sheltered, very lonely childhoods), it's okay. There's nothing wrong with a little fresh air, a little exercise, and a little rough fun. You can peel off the bubblewrap. Kids will be kids and brothers will be brothers. Let them play.

Stop whining. My cousin was a very hyperactive child and we used to play this EXACT game with her. Kids love it. It's like tag, but more fun. It tires them out quickly, but they don't get hurt. The other day I'm playing w/ my 3 yr. old nephew and he runs (of his own volition) face-first into the corner of the TV. Yeah, he cried for a few minutes, but was back laughing and having fun again shortly thereafter. For some adults I know, if that happened to them it'd be the end of life as they know it and the story of the week to complain about to anyone who'd listen and it would be all blown out of proportion as is what adults tend to do. If the kid was getting that badly injured you would think he had enough sense to stop or you think the brother would be caring enough to stop himself.
