I find it hard to believe the designer would incorporate, what appears to be quite coincidentally the twin towers, unlikely this seems he would be paid extra time to have it based around an origami design for something no one will likely notice.

This bill was printed 2 years after 9/11, why would they wait so long to release it and why not on the anniversary?
I don't see what anyone would gain in a secret that everyone already knows to be printed here, and his name mostly consists of vowels, extremely common letters!
SERIOUSLY not convinced here. But neat video and good eye!
