I don't think the US can ever change Iraq because there will always be cowards hiding and waiting for them to leave so they can live their savage ways by killing and raping innocent people when they leave.

those weren't rapist that were shot, the id cards shown at the end identify them as Iraqi national guard, who work with the US, they were executed for working with the US.
