Mainly because you can clearly tell it's british. Not only the landscape and the buildings give it away. The policeman Bart passes on his skateboard is without a doubt a bitish bobby. And the steering wheel is on the right hand side of the Marge's car (strangely, Homer's car has the wheel on the left side...)
And yeah, I love to needlessly overanalyse stuff.

Not matched exactly. But pretty close. For example bart didn't swing around the pole in this one and the you don't see the rod slidde down homers shirt
