Was he drunk when he got to the fire or is this the effect of all the smoke he inhaled? Either way, he needs some drug addiction treatment fast before he becomes an addict. Still, if it's from the smoke, what materials were there burning? Perhaps some marijuana bed clothing or cocaine rugs?
